Dear All, I have a small clarification wrt the police certificates:

The CIC website states the following:
The certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply.

What is considered date of the application by CIC:is it the date of the postal stamp when everything is sent by the sponsor?

it's the date CIC RECEIVES the total package prior to the sponsor eligibility stage - sponsor docs, applicant docs, and relationship proof.
