I am in the process of getting a refund from my former consultant who omitted my PCC causing a rejection.
When i confronted him with my request he replied that the stamp on PCC from the ministry of affairs dates back to 4 months earlier than the date of issuance of PCC which a mistake done by the ministry.
He claimed that i breached the agreement because i didn't provided accurate info and he's proposing to reimburse me half of the amount.
My question is, does anyone knows about an application that got rejected because of a mismatching stamp?
I'm interested because i'm negotiating with CIC to get it reopen and their reply seems positive so i don't want to ruin my second chance.
Of course i created a new profile and i'm trying to enhance my score meanwhile...
