this is my first post on this invaluable forum.
my question is related to police certificate. i am trying to apply through express entry route for immigration. i am a 32 year old British national and 13 years ago i stayed in UAE for 8 months to attend a university. i didn't stay there consecutively for 8 months. i stayed first for 4 months then went out and went again for 4 months.
do i need to obtain a police certificate in these circumstances?
