Hey! My partner studied in the UK for a year or so and is planning to move to Canada. He needs a police certificate from the UK, however he is having some trouble filling out the online form. I have a question pertaining to the section that requires proof of address - a) which address should he mention on the form, the Pakistani address (he moved to Pakistan after completing his MS in 2016) or the UK address? Can someone help, please?

I recently got it a couple of months ago. They will need last 10 years address history and the most recent one would be your current address for which you will need to provide two proof of evidences such as utility bills, bank statements, etc. If you don’t have that, then the utility bills of the address and a letter from the person whom they are in the name of that you reside at thay address.
They will also need a delivery address which could be same or another one. No evidence required for that.
