I just received a request to upload my wife's PCC from Mexico (she's a non-accompanying) but I did it already. Does anyone know why?
The certificate says it was issued on September 26 of last year, so it's not six-months yet. And I applied around 3 weeks ago.
It also says that she's single because she didn't change her status in Mexico yet. Can that be why? I asked here in the forum before and I was told it shouldn't be a problem because we have a marriage certificate from Canada, that is what really matters anyway.
