I am living in USA for 2 years and have got my FBI clearance on 12 Dec,16. I have also got my Indian PCC in December,16. Am planning to go to India in Jan, 17 and will return to USA again in Feb, after a vacation of three weeks.

Suppose If I get my ITA in Feb and apply for PR in Feb, in that case do I need to get FBI clearance and Indian PCC again? or the older ones will be sufficient.(which I got in December, 16).

Your Police certificates are valid from the last time you visit a country.

If you go back to India or USA you will HAVE to get new PCC's from both unless you submit your application (post ITA) before you visit.

What if I get a chance to submit the application While am on vacation in India? Even in that case both the USA and INDIAN certificates won't be valid?

In that case the USA one would be valid but not the Indian one.

Indian PCC will become invalid.
