Police Certificate Proof from a country where Upfront PCC is not needed

Dear all,

I am residing in a country where upfront PCC was not required.

Recently, I have got add doc request for a Police PCC.

The Police Department in my country would directly send the PCC to Sydney NS, (as instructed in the letter).

I have went to the Police, and they said it would be shipped to Canada within 4 weeks.

QuestionOn myCIC, I can see that there's an option for me to "Upload your documents", HOWEVER, at this moment, I only have the Receipt of my PCC.

Should I ignore this "Upload your documents" option, and wait for my Police Department to send the PCC to IRCC in Sydney, NS?
