Police certificate in Canada

Hello,
I requested a police certificate from RCMP in Canada on Feb25 and still waiting for receiving.
My concern is this is taking so long more than I expected. RCMP website says it takes 3business + delivery.

I am wondering if anyone has ever received the certificate and know how long it normally takes.
