Police Certificate from UK.

Hi I urgently need help to obtain my police Certificate from UK.
I tried doing the payment online but it is declining everytime. Also for the postal service they've put two options : Address for Standard Service and Address for Courier Delivery.
I'm currently based out of India and not understanding which of the 2 options is to be selected as it may delay my procedure for quite a few days if sent to the wrong address.
Can anyone please help at the earliest?
