My wife needs a Police Certificate from Qatar. However, we're currently in the Americas and can't afford the thousands of dollars to fly back to get it.
The CIC website says you can send a person to the Interior Ministry on your behalf, presuming they have all the correct paperwork.
Has anyone done this? We've got a friend there who might be able to do it but it would be helpful to know that it can in fact be done and how long the friend will have to wait ...
