Police certificate from another country

Hi,

In my permanent residence application, I have to upload two police certificates, one of them has to be from England where I lived as a student from September 2016 to September 2018. Before leaving England, I requested for a police certificate and it was issued to me on 22nd August 2018, however, I left London on 17th September 2018.
Will that certificate be accepted by IRCC or do I have to get a new one which would be issued to me after my EE application deadline? What should I do?

It will be rejected simply beacuse it is dated prior to your final departure date. Get a new one that is dated after 17th Sep 2018 to avoid your application being turned down for incompleteness
