Hey, friends, everybody who is aiming Canada as your new home, I wish you success from the bottom of my heart!
I have an interesting situation. Was nominated more than a month ago. Went to Kazakhstan to apply for police clearances for me and my wife. Didn't have time to wait, arranged pick-up by a friend who sent them to Hong Kong by registered mail. It's been more than three weeks, I am extremely anxious waiting them here in HK. Hope it's not lost. Can anyone give a piece of advice?
Can I go ahead and send the package to CIO and send the clearances separately when they arrive?
As many of you probably know I still have to "use them up" (that is to present them to CIO) within three months after issuance.
Otherwise I will have to get into trouble of getting them again (traveling and arranging, oh man!).
any tips will be highly appreciated, dear friends
