Police Certificate Arrival

Hi Guys,

I'm from a country that delivers the Police Certificate straight to the Canadian Embassy, do I need to verify with them that it arrived before I submit my online application (I received ITA, regular FSW).

I think you need to submit your application first. Canadian Embassy will process your police certificate only when your application is in pending state.

I have heard that if you just show them the proof of application for PCC even that will be enough.

Please can someone verify that.
