Police certificate, a weird case

Hi Gents,

I am about to submit my eAPR. I got 5 different PCCs all compiled in a single pdf doc.

There is one country that I lived for 8 months between Sep 2011-May 2012 and I returned back to this country in October 2013.

I have a PCC for this country covering from Oct 2013 to today.

Do you guys think it would be sufficient to mention in LOE that this PCC also serves as a clearance to previous period I as they do a background check before they issue residence?

Of course NOT. The PCC they request must state that you have no recorded criminal offence, either generally (e.g. Egypt PCCs does not include dates for criminal offence. They state all incidents on file if any.) or over the WHOLE period you stayed there. This has to be clear on the PCC. Your PCC (at least to my understanding) covers a date after you left the country for the long stay. They will not accept it unless it is general.

Could you state which country is it so that people who had experience with it can help?
