I am in canada and i was accepted as refugee proteceted person, after applying for permenanet residence, I was asked by email recived from immigration to send police certifiacte from country where i was during past 2 years and they give me the deadline by 31 dec 2019, and i sent the required certfiacte by mail on end of nov 2019.
The surprise when i checked online status today they say i did not send anything and the deadline in on 25 nov 2019 and they add button of upload file online...before one month ago nothing of that was there on the page (no upload option, no deadline mentioned)
I have all emails sent by immigration which mention end of dec 2019 dead line and i have post proof paper of certficate i sent.
I send an email today to them about all that with attached proof.
Is this sufficaent , do any of you had same situtaion before and what can i do?
