The prospect of Canadian immigration is seen as much more beneficial than immigration to Mexico or countries in Europe and the Caribbean. Firstly, online betting is legal in Canada, and there are no current movements to illegalize it, which is a primary motive for American gamblers to seek out Canadian immigration

An athlete is a person belonging to a team or country. I think that a poker player can be considered an athlete only if he plays for a club or if he always plays in legal casinos. I love online casinos, and I always play UFASLOT. But I think that immigration policy does not imply online games. So I can hardly help you with that. Try to learn more about the laws of Canada or contact a lawyer who advises on this. You may be able to arrange a meeting with such a lawyer via Zoom. My sister talked to lawyers via video link when she was supposed to get a residence permit in Canada. If I were you, I wouldn't offer myself as an athlete if I just played poker.

It’s better to turn to official sources and find out everything.

It's hard but anything is possible! My friend did the same procedure, but not in Canada!
It may be possible, but each country has different laws, and it's better to check official information or contact someone who has specific knowledge and experience with such things

Absolutely, it's always wise to stay informed about the legal landscape, especially when it comes to matters as diverse as country-specific laws. Consulting official sources or seeking advice from individuals with expertise in the field can provide invaluable insights and guidance.

The possibility of applying under the self-employed immigration program for online poker players largely depends on various factors, including the specific requirements and regulations of the immigration program you're considering, as well as your individual circumstances and qualifications.

As a fellow online poker enthusiast, I've wondered about immigration programs too. While I can't say for sure about specific programs, I can share my journey. A while back, I discovered https://www.onpokerz.com and fell in love with the game all over again. It's been a huge part of my life, even influencing my career choices. Maybe highlighting your skills, successes, and contributions in the online poker world could bolster your application.
