Points missing from my express extry profile

I am eligible for the Canadian Experience Class
However, my profile is not showing all the points i am entitled to
My friend and I both applied for express entry from pgwp and she has more points even though we have the same education and work experience.
I dont understand what question i answered incorrectly for this:

Currently my Human Capital - Canadian Work Experience is showing 40 points, but hers is 53 points
My CRS - Skill Transferability - Education is showing only 26 points where as hers is 50 points.

Please help, i am not sure where i am wrong

What language scores do you have? This can influence skills transferability points.

I understand that may have an effect on the score, but what about the Work experience score?

I don't know. I would recommend you review all of your responses carefully to try to find the error or errors. Maybe your friend can help?
