Points for working experience alongwith study

After passed my BS in computer Science in 2005, I got full time 9 to 5 job in a company alongwith studied (2 year) MBA in evening 6:30 to 9:30 regular classes 5 days in a week and its finished in 2007, I worked with this company 3.5 years till october 2008, and now working with another company from november to till date..

If I count my experience so its total 4+ years and my total education years are 17. Does CIC would give me 21 points for my work experience and 25 points for my education as both are full time?

I have about 4.5 years part-time job (20 hours/week) and 14 months full year full-time job.

Officer give me 21 points which is for 4 years working experience (according to my CAIPS notes).
