Points for relative: will these docs work ? please check and advise

hi Guys,

i am claiming points for relative as brother in Canada, brother in Canada did not have Birth certificate so i attached the following proof, please advise if these will work ?

• Notarized Copy of birth certificates of my brother (Obtained from Indian Embassy, Vancouver, Canada in 2009 when my brother applied for his Permanent Residence) and copy of the “translated and notarized copy of my birth certificate” indicating common parents ( please check identity and civil status section for Original notarized document for my birth certificate)
• Notarized Copies of GRADE 10 certificate of my brother with his birth details indicating common parent (father name is mentioned, mother is also common however not mentioned in this document).
• Notarized Copies of GRADE 12 certificates of my brother and myself indicating common parent (father name is mentioned, mother is also common however not mentioned in this document).
• Copies of passport of my brother and myself indicating common parents.
• Copy of my brothers Character Certificate from School (same as School Leaving Certificate) indicating common parent (father).
• Copy of my brothers PAN CARD (Indian Income Tax – Permanent Account Number) indicating Common Parent (father).
• My brothers ADMISSION CARD from GRADE 12 indicating common parent (father)
• My brothers SCHOOL IDENDTITY CARD indicating Common Parent (father).
• My brothers Engineering Seat Issuing Letter from Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh (Province in India where my brother studied ) indicating common parent (father)
• AFFIDAVIT from my brother confirming his date of birth and that he is my elder brother and that we share common parents (Mother/Father).
• FAMILY TREE to provide CIC details of our family line.
