Hi ,
After the passing of the regulation to recognize foreign degree's education early this year. what regulations have come into effect deciding the points for education. as i understand a regulation was made to fasten and properly validate foreign education for faster visa processing.

i have 12(school +college)+ 4years ( bachelors of technology ) =16 years of formal education and i have 3 years relevant work experience which is in the demand skills list.

can any one tell me what is the number of points i can claim for my education for skilled migration.

previously as i understand as per this point
Obtained a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor’s level and completed at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies i can claim 20 points. but this doesn't equate/ recognize to my total years of education

are the new regulations already in effect ? if so where can i find more information in this regard.

if it inst when will be best time to apply for a visa that which recognizes total years of education?

Thanks in advance for your valuable answers

Aditya
