You are right 20 point for bachelor Degree as single educational credential.
According to OP6: (Note: Subsection 78(3) of the IRPR provides that points are to be awarded on the basis of the single
educational credential that results in the highest number of points.)
However;
Pursuant to R77, officers should award points for the credential and years of study that the
applicant has completed at the time the application is made. If further study is completed and
documentation submitted between application and assessment, officers must award the points for
the highest educational credential obtained at the time of assessment.
Can some expert elaborate on this issue please.

e.g. if u were in final semester of Master's degree then the officer will grant u 20 for bachelor's only, and by the time ur application processed and u passed ur Master degree, there after u can claim for 25 points ( cuz u submitted ur Masters degree result to CHC b4 final assessment by Visa officer)
