Hi,
I have
5 yr = primary
7 yr = sec/high school
2 yr = Bachlor degree(Bsc)
2 yrs = Msc (Pakistan)
1 yrs = MSc (UK)

I am bit confused as few people who have applied for canadian immi said to me that the Master degree will be counted only once so if I show my Msc (Pak) then I will get 16 yrs of education, and if I apply for Msc(uk) I will get 15 yrs of education. Is this correst coz I was thinking that I will get 17 years of education as they will count my both Msc's. could you please help.
Thanks

I am not an expert but they do have a section for taking two Bachelors degree into account, so why not two masters. I would say 17 years of education.

Is there any way I can ask and make sure about it. Your help will be appreciated .
Thanks

1)The idea is to have a Total of 17 years of Education, which in your case is fulfilled.
2)When you fill in the form, where it asks, "How many years of formal education do you have? = 17 years
3)What is your highest level of completed Education? "MASTERS"
4) Submit all post secondary Education Diplomas and Degrees- This depends on your country's specific requirements.

This should get you 25 Points

This to my understanding is not correct.
You have a total of 17 years of formal Education including both Masters, and a Masters Degree (UK) (at the end of the 17 years).
You will/are not going to get 2 Master Degree points.

So you mean I will get points for 16 yeasr of education not 17 years.

i think bobbyb is saying that you wont get 25x2 points (is that what you are saying?)

I think bobbbyb is also saying that you have 17 years of education (including both masters) and you have a masters degree, so you will get 25 points.

Bobbbyb can you confirm what i said above.
