Points for Canadian Experience in Express Entry

Hey Guys,

has anyone noticed this before ? I am yet to complete the three year experience in Canada but my points for express entry already bumped up. is this a glitch ?

I complete the three year experience on 17th Feb 2017 but I was given three year points in January first week. I work 40 hours a week.

Yes, it is a glitch that is frequently discussed on this forum, feel free to search and read.

Completing 3 years does not affect your eligibility (Minimum Entry Requirements), but does affect your CRS score. So if you receive an ITA before you complete the 3rd year, you can wait until you do and then submit your ITA, you will be able to keep the points for the 3rd year as long as you submit your eAPR after you complete the 3rd year.
