Hi all,

My brother is a Canadian citizen, having a job, rents an apartment and pays taxes in Canada, BUT has been physically absent for like a year or so. He is visiting his wife and kids who are in USA currently. My brother is "working from home" from there.

Can I claim blood relatives points in express entry profile in this situation?

Thanks for help in advance.

Not at this time. Only once he physically returns to live in Canada.

Thanks for the reply.
Right now my brother comes back to Canada every month or two, attends his work meetngs and then goes back to US.

When he actually gets back to Canada, it will just mean he is visiting US less often (once a month). He won't be having any additional documentation (bills, jobs) than what he has now.

Where do we draw the line that he is or is not living in Canada?

This is confusing for me. Will appreciate any help.
