NOC 2282 is for IT Tech Support, not financial customer care.

Nope, 2282 is exclusively for IT/helpdesk, not general customer service like in a shopping center or marketing company.

Employment requirements

Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required.
College or other courses in computer programming or network administration are usually required.
Certification or training provided by software vendors may be required by some employers.

So the job description was conducting outbound calls to scottish customers for their utility bills and I think will fall under Unit group 655

Is it any good for experience

Thanks
