Somewhere I read 67, Somewhere 400 Points plus, its confusing for me.

Before you can apply for Express Entry, you need to be eligible for FSW and score a minimum of 67 points.
Once you find that you are eligible, then you need to follow the procedure and create your EE profile.
Minimum 400 CRS points in your EE profile may be good to apply for PNPs. If you score more than 470 CRS points, then you can expect direct ITA through rounds of invitation.

Yes, I have checked my score and I am above 67 points, so I can apply for EE.
But how to increase teh CRS score if we dont get a good marks in IELTS

Any suggestions let me know. As I have approached a Institute where they will help me to upload my documents in a portal, but he has clearly stated that if you dont get 400 points above in CRS, I wont suggest you to apply. :) which made me feel down,

Aside from language, you improve your points work cumulative years of work experience and your education. Having a relative in Canada does not get you extra points in ee.

Your biggest hope of improving your score here is through your language test.

if you dont get high marks in ielts, write the test again... IELTS has massive weightage in points...
the consultant/institute you approached is quite good, i can assure you not a single consultant would say not to apply if your score is less than 400... i have seen some of my naive friends who thought having a score of 350 was amazing and were waiting for ITA for a year... needless to say they were very disappointed when i gave them the facts... and now they refuse to talk to me :P ha ha

IELTS you need to aim individually as per below
R7
L8
S7
W7

with that, you will fall in CLB9, which gives you pretty high score overall... of course a lot would also depend on whether you have bachelors or masters degree also (assuming you have 3+ years experience)

Good to have a quick reply from you, so the basic aim is to increase the IELTS score.
That means I have to start working write now :o as I am not that good in writing business draft
