I am an Indian in the USA. I'm transferring to Canada and got accepted to york university, Toronto. I will be dependent on my parents for my funds. I have a letter of support ready by my parents but it is in India so can I get a scanned copy and print it so that I can provide it to VO. Hoping for quick responses as I have really less amount of time left to apply.
