I need serious advice on POF. I have sold my property to show the required proof of funds and these funds are already in my account. But my salary transfers to another account which shows the liability of my car. Can I show the statement of first bank? Please advise.

You should show both accounts. Assets and liabilities.

They are interested in your savings which is untouched/not gone below the specified minimum amount for the period they expect, nothing more. Just show the bank statements where your balance is residing. if they ask for source of income then your payslips.
