Hi folks,

Sorry if my question has been asked before.
For proof of funds, I wasn't able to get my bank to sign the statements. They did stamp on the six statements and issued me a reference letter (account open date, current balance etc) with banker's signature though. Would this be sufficient for proof of funds? if not, any suggestion on what I could do to remediate?

Many thanks!

That'll be fine. If you didn't have the letter I'd say go back or order posted statements so they can 'certify' them. But with the letter you will be good :)

What country are you from?

I don't know why citibank isn't able to provide you one. I soon has to order mine from bank of america. I think you just download the statements, get them stamped and scan

well, I did get them to stamp the statements but they couldn't sign the statements. Maybe I should try a different branch. Hopefully you could nail it in BOA.

Bank of America won't sign or seal the statement.
