Hi all,

As part of my POF, I am planning to submit the following as a single document.

  1. Financial statement letter as below
  2. Bank Letter which mentions only when I opened the account and the current balance in my and my wife’s account
  3. 6 months statement for my account
  4. 6 months statement my wife’s account
  5. Gift Deed certificate

Do you think this would suffice or is anything else required?

<Applicant Wife Name> - Rs. 3,80,000 - CAD 8,000

Total - CAD 27,125

  1. Account Statement for <Applicant Name>
    1. Rs. 7,00,000 available in savings bank account
    2. Rs. 2,00,000 available in Fixed Deposit within bank

2. Account Statement for <Applicant Wife Name> - Total amount available in savings bank account

Explanation of Funds:

Gift Deed of Rs. 5,00,000 from Mother

Rest of funds are savings from salaries of Applicant and Applicant’s Wife

I think you should be good. I'm also submitting a gift deed although I got mine notarized and also fixed the cash gift as an investment for 6 months. I'll be submitting my profile today and I hope it pulls through.

You don't need six months of account statements if you can get you bank to provide average balance for the last six months.

In the bank letter issued to me, they missed the line "To whomsoever it may concern".

Is that ok ?
