Okay, thank you!! (I didn't borrow any money)

Please are we to include six months bank statements or just the letter from the bank?

My husband and I fixed some money in his name, as he was the principal applicant when we attempted to submit FSW last year, but couldnt as the cap for his NOC got filled up. Now I am the principal applicant, will it be an issue to include this fixed deposit as Proof of FUnds, though my name is not on it

I have a query about POF.

I'm the principal applicant but the POF that I will show is my husband's bank account. His a secondary applicant. Is that ok?

We're married and under a conjugal partnership in terms of assets

Hi Asivad,

Thanks a lot for your answers. I have a further question
5) Can loans given to private parties by me or spouse suffice as POF if supported by CA's certificate

CIC does explicitly ask for POF from the PA. You might have to consider getting those funds transferred from your spouse to your account (or making it a joint account with your name on it) and upload that as POF. If you do the funds transfer, you will have to upload a signed self-declaration from your spouse that these funds are a gift not a loan hence need not be returned to them at any point in time. If you are creating a joint account, you will have to upload a signed self-declaration from your spouse that they have no reservations with you using these funds as POF.
