POF - Gift Deed - Large Transfer (Not Claiming)

Guys I need some advice, I have a gift deed that I will provide as a proof of funds from my mother which will amount to 1,600,000 (Approx. $13,000 CAD) and another cheque of 400,000 (Approx. 3,260 CAD). I have proof all these transactions. But I have a large transaction that I will not be bringing along with to Canada for the amount of Rs. 730,000 (Approx. $5,950 CAD). It was a partial amount of a car I sold off that was transferred to my bank account.

Can I explain it on my LOE for POF that the funds that I do not intend on bringing this to Canada and I will be keeping those here for my mother.

Yes you can. That should be contained in your LOE,itemizing the funds you are taking to Canada and the funds you are not taking to Canada

Yes u don’t need to explain that.Only funds to Canada you need to explain source of funds
