I got an PN from PEI as skilled worker. I didnt looked closely or reivew them until I go into Canada, now when I took the english test and was supposed to submit my documents I saw the application is Paper Based Only. After reviewing it I saw that it takes 18-24 months to get the application processes!!!! which is freaking bananas! So, I talked with the immigration officer to see if there was another way to apply, for which they offer to change me to the EE stream if I can get in into the pool by myself.
Now Im filling my EE but it seems my job offer, which is LMIA excempt by a federal-provincial agreement is not a valid job offer for EE purpuse so I cant use it for the POF excemption. Have someone have this issue?
