POF Bank letter - Can't be signed

Hi all,

i have a strange issue related to POF. I have a savings account with an online bank here in US. They have an online option to generate 'verification of deposit' letter. However, the letter is not signed or stamped. It is a pdf file which is on bank's letterhead but no sign or stamp from the manager.
I called them and they do not do anything more than that. what are my options?

a. Use the letter as it is and include a cover letter explaining why the sign is missing.
b. Move the funds to a different account and use the letter from them.

Use it as is, and explain it in your LOE. If this is the standard format for your bank, it's not a problem.

Cant you go to the bank and get them to print you statements with at least their stamp?

there is no way to go to the bank, they are an online bank with no branches.
