The ability to enter Canada or enter via land border is much more difficult due to covid. Do they have a family member in Canada? What relation?

He is in camp in Uganda, no family members in Canada. He fear for his life if he is sent back to Sudan. Because of torture and threats he has experienced in South Sudan.

It will be very difficult for him to get a visa to travel to Canada so I’m not sure how he expects to get to Canada.
