first of all, congrats for getting visa after such a long wait ;D
Dont worry about POE, they will ask simple question like where you are going to stay, why this university etc . And if you are entering canada earlier than 1 month of your course starting date, they might ask why you are arriving that early though it's rare happened with one of my friend.
If you dont mind, can please tell me how much funds did you show for visa purpose as I am going to apply soon
