POC issue - Please Help

Hi All,

I received my POC today. But the date of issue on the POC is mentioned as 22/06/2010 and it states, that their records show that I have not involved in any crimes from birth to 3rd march 2010. (This is the date I forwarded the application for POC and they took over three months to process it). EG7 guide lines says the POC should not be older than 3 months. What can I do now. The date they have mentioned is already past 3 months.

hi ruka, that's too much. 3 mos to process request???? is that in your home country? and is it normal, that such requests took this long to comply with?

anyway, this is just my opinion. although the period specified is up to 03 mar 2010 only, i think your PC is still valid because is was issued only on 22nd of june. but, will chc look it that way? i hope somebody can help you on this one. maybe you can try to send an inquiry by email to your visa office. hope this help

pcc should not be older than 3 months from the date u applied to cio,nova scotia. it is perfectly fine, no problems go ahead.
