PNP without job offer

How can I get a provincial nomination if I don't have a valid job offer ?? All the PNP programs ask for a job offer in that province . Kindly guide.

Only SINP EE, OID (without EE) and NSNP Demand EE category B are without job offer sub categories.
Condition - Your related occupation must be in their Occupation list.

I got you are talking about Saskatchewan and nova Scotia express entry system.. I don't have. An EE profile .. I am about to create one..

Job experience is about 4yrs and highest education is PGDB

Which job? Job should match education.
PGDB means Post Graduate Diploma in Business. Isn't it? How many years?

Its not business , it is banking , and have 4 yrs work experience in a pvt bank .

NOC 1112 is in SINP Demand list.

I had asked this question long back . That time my ielts result had not come . So I didnt know my CRS would be this high . Hoping for an ITA in tomorrow's draw .
