i have already applied for PEI PNP under 2132 code. but even after passing four months there is no response :(
SINP is not my option coz their occupation in demand does not cover 2132 code

is there anyother PNP without job offer?

If you've applied I think you have to wait.

Do you mean applied though, or just sent an email expressing interest?

yeah i send the email expressing my interest (in form a pdf file as they provided on website)

So you haven't actually applied.

You're free to apply to others then, but I'd try increasing your points first.

other PNPs require job offer, which i cant take while sitting in Pakistan with no CANADIAN degree or job experience

Do you have any degree?

Have you had it converted to Canadian equivalent?

yes i have received my equivalency report it is equivalent to maters degree

Well that now counts as a Canadian degree. That's the point.

So what's your current points score?

It really doesn't.
For the purpose of immigration it does, but OP is talking about his prospects of getting a job. Employers are more likely to offer them a job if they have a Canadian degree than if they have a foreign degree that's equivalent to a Canadian degree.

I understand that, but if a company really needed the employee then seeing it has been converted will help.

When applying for jobs you can even put ECA completed on your resume.

u won;t believe i have tried 3 times for ielts each time i get 7 bands

i dont understand which way i should prepare to improve my bands

well, yes we can apply for a job in Canada while sitting in our own country, but it is well known fact that to get a job like this is impossible :-[
