PNP waiting RP, job offer from another province

Hi, everyone, this is the situation. My friend got her pnp and just submitted PR application to the Federal. Now she has a job offer from another province (not the one she was nominated), any idea what she should do? Is it OK to go work there for one year and come back when she gets the PR? Thanks.

It would be extremely risky to move to a different province than the one that nominated her. She should remain in the province that nominated her until after she gets PR.
