PNP received, just got married and my husband is on implied status

please Advise

PNP received, Just got married... My husband is on implied status in Canada until MAY. Can i add him under express entry ? will he get Open work permit.

When i applied for PNP i was not married. so i got PN certificate Ontario only for me .

do let me know pls
