PNP programs to apply, without a job offer- applicant from the USA

I am new to this group and am happy to be a part of it, I need help and your expertise in guiding me to specific PNP programs which might offer me 600 bonus points as my CRS score is low due to my age and lack of Canadian experience.

I do have a professional master's degree and 7 yrs experience in USA in software. My wife is a Home- maker and my dependent in US and she has a professional master's degree in Architecture from USA. I would like to know what would be a feasible way for us to pursue Canadian dream with our low CRS score of about 390.

Please advise.
