PNP Probabilty for 420 CRS

I have created EE profile with 420 points. I have CLB >9 and NOC 2175.
What is the probability of any PNP in near future ?
Apart from Express entry what other options are there ( I DO NOT have Job Offer) ?

First check Ontario HCP category. This is the best option. Generally they need more higher points.

If not. Then this noc in Sask demand list. But it is regulated there . It takes 6 to 8 months for obtaining license. You can apply for sinp ee if intake opens. And present license after that. Only then they provide nomination. Better u apply for license just now. If interested.
