Hi, Im 32 years . I am planning to apply for permanent residence from india to nova scotia canada either under pnp or Atlantic program I meet all the requirements. But i want to know do i need pcc for last 10 years or since age of 18. If we do last 10 years i need it from 22 age right or 18. Im confused. Plss help me thanks

From PNP Application Guide: You must get a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived six or more months in a row since the age of 18.

This applicant will be applying from India, That will be through Express Entry - PNP
For Nova Scotia, he will need an Express Entry profile and Nova Scotia will approve 600 points.

For PNP applications, the PCC is not required, Federal department after Provincial approval will ask for PCC and that is Last 10 years

Which PNP program…AIPP (not through EE) or NS PNP do you have a job offer with a designated employer? Is this through EE?
