Just of curiosity , My ECAS Status is also "Application Received" I am from Qatar almost similar timeline like yours , does this change mean any significance is it good ?

Even I am not sure, but may be the file is sent to local visa office a some stage. Experts can be able to reply this

Spoke to IRCC agent and found that my application is transferred to Winnipeg VO recently.
Eligibility and all checks still pending.

What did they request you on your ADR??

I studied for two years in Hong Kong and the PCC of Hong Kong can be applied after IRCC sends me the ADR letter, which is another waiting process for me since HK PCC takes about 4 weeks and I cannot know anything from the Hong Kong police during the process.

Yes. Nov 05, 2020. No aor yet. Strangely they approve my open work permit without aor.
