PNP-outside Canada Applicant

Greetings Everyone,
I submitted my PR application afetr getting nominated by SINP on May 30,2024, The application is getting processed in Winnipeg IRCC office. On November 30 2025, my medicals have been passed and after that on Background section it says-NOT APPLICABLE. Can someone please guide what does that mean and if possible can share the timelines of anyone is in the similar situation.

Current processing is 21 months. You can keep track by googling IRCC processing time.

Processing time is applicable whatever it was at the time of submission of application. 21 months is the current processing time. but when i submitted my application the processing time was 11 months.
My main question is about background check-it says NOT APPLICABLE. What does that mean.

Actual it is not. There is no lock in date. It changes weekly so based on this week’s processing times. It means background check has not even started.
