guys my sis in ontario with a full time job offer uner NOC A code with one year exp, currently on PGWP, its too late to apply under PNP for her, she could have applied last year when she was offered the job but she didnt knw that option, her employer said they can do it but now it will be 2 years on july 4 since the date she got her diploma n the employer part is takign at least 3 months or even longer now so she said this option is out the window. but can she apply under the foreign workers catergory n not the international students category?
