PNP nomination and Valid Job offer

Please what happens if you already have a provincial nomination (confined to the actual province) and immediately after that you got a valid job (in another province) offer just before ITA.
You have already got 600 points for the PNP.

Question:
1. Can you decide to go for the job offer instead of the provincial nomination?
2. What is the the process of opting for the job offer?

Just to be clear a valid job offer has an LMIA with it, not just someone offering you a job.

You can choose either option, I'm not sure how you would then remove the PNP points from your profile though.

Withdraw your EE profile with the provincial nomination and make a new one with the LMIA.
