PNP - Job Offers - LMIA?

Am i correct in thinking, if you apply for PNP where you have a job offer, the job doesnt need a LMIA? e.g. i know they must still prove theres a shortage etc, but most cases a LMIA is not required?

Does anyone here have any luck securing a job offer? It seems to me it is so hard because most companies don't want to sponsor. The only options are if you know someone who can help you...

Any ideas or suggestions on where to look for or how to secure a job offer?

I have an application for OINP in. I have received AOR and I now have 2 job offers but no LMIA.

I thought I was in a bit of a lose lose situation, but now I read this.

Do I need a LMIA to be able to start either of these jobs as I have OINP pending? If not, how do I go about starting work legally. I can't seem to apply for a work permit without a LMIA.

You do not need an LMIA to start work under question in Canada. However, as per your legal status, you should be authorized to work in Canada.
