PNP Invitation Chances

Hi,
I am working in IT field as a software architect and I am 34 years old. I have 10 years of experience in this field. But my CRS Score is 342. Which province is best with my CRS score as I got to know most of them have cut off starting from 440-450. Alberta is one could see some chances, but whether its a right choice as I am not sure about IT market there. Could you please provide some guidance ? Also is this the best time to look for migration as I am not sure the corona issue had affected the migration?

Alberta is only selecting inland applicants right now and you need to see if your NOC is on the in-demand list. Look at Saskatchewan but not sure if you have enough points based on their grid. Your score is low.
